1. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made via our website, by phone, or in person.

• A confirmation email will be sent after booking.

• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash (depending on the tour).

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Customer cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount.

• Company cancellations due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances: A full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

3. Modifications

• Changes to your booking (date, time, number of participants) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

• Tanger Quad Tours reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

4. Requirements for Participation

• Participants must be in good physical health and at least 16 years old to operate a quad.

• A valid ID may be required before the tour.

• Safety instructions must be followed at all times. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the tour with no refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Tanger Quad Tours is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property during tours.

• All participants ride and join tours at their own risk.

• We recommend you have personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities.

6. Weather Conditions

• Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to poor weather or safety concerns.

• In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative scheduling.

7. Customer Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, disrespectfully, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

• No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Changes to Terms
